How Uniforms Can Unite us

The symbolism behind a uniform is more complex than we think. Can they unite the workers as a powerful group, or can they mix them too much that each person can lose their own identity?

This is a sensitive topic for SKYPRO as we are aware of the importance of working as a team and with a global spirit.

The aim of the creation of uniforms many years ago was to give a sensation of belonging to a group that lives under some kind of umbrella. It was used as an image of force or strength mainly in military scenarios, to identify children from the same school institution, as the image of a company represented by its employees and staff all dressed up, or as a way to strengthen a brand and its power.

In aviation, the flight teams, the cabin crews, or the ground staff are always identified by the elegance and the lightness these teams incorporated with the uniforms from the airlines. Dress those clothes is, not only being responsible for a whole institution, with a respectable brand that a lot of customers have trust, but also to be the flag of your company.

This can be too much to take daily and that is why uniforms need to be the perfect outfit for a perfect performance. Below those clothes, there are people like you, as individuals, with distinct personalities, with several desires or wishes, and also with some insecurities and challenges that have to deal with completing your jobs. Those uniforms can have this double power: to protect you and get you closer to your team! They can really unit you all, as a whole.

SKYPRO is aware of this power and how the quality of the fabrics can be life-changing for our ProHeros. That is the reason we care about your outfits while you are checking your to-do list. You need to be comfortable, confident and, most of all, at your best. We design your uniform for you. Because we care for you while you care for others.
