Get rid of tired legs

If you work as cabin crew you certainly know the feeling of having heavy, sore, tired legs. Have you tried several tricks and none of that work? SKYPRO gives you the best advices to help get rid of tired legs!

During flights, especially in the long hauls, flight attendants walk the equivalent of several miles many times in high heels and uncomfortable shoes. For that reason it’s very common for these airline professionals experience excruciating leg pain for the days after flights.

There are some cares that you should consider to avoid this problem:

Prepare yourself

Exercise your muscles to prepare your legs to the hard work. Being fit brings many long term benefits on prevention of leg pain. Some sports or exercises such us cycling, swimming and yoga will help the improvement of blood circulation and will tone up your legs.

Be smart with what you eat

Intestinal problems have a direct impact on blood circulation. Having a diet rich in fibre will help you to balance your intestine function and your blood circulation.

Drink water

While you are in flight, keep yourself hydrated. It will help you to avoid cramps.

Rest your legs in your breaks

When you have some breaks during flights, elevate your legs and keep them raised for some minutes. It will help with tiredness and avoid the hard pain.

Use a menthol based Balm
